Shipping
Delivery costs are based on:
- The weight of your parcel
- The shipping method
- The destination it’s being shipped to. We currently only ship to addresses within the UK.
Parcels heavier than 2,000 kg will automatically default to DPD courier service.
We have a 3-5 working day lead time BEFORE items are shipped as all of our items are made to order. Please allow up to 10 working days for your order to arrive.
All UK orders are shipped fully tracked with proof of delivery from Royal Mail or DPD, depending on the order.
Important – Please ensure that you provide us with a complete and accurate address, including the name of the recipient. We are not liable for the delivery of your goods to the wrong address or wrong person as a result of you providing us with inaccurate or incomplete information.
