Returns and Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping at Dancerine. We hope that you’re delighted with your purchase! If for any reason you’re not completely happy, please review our return and refund policy below.
Return Window
You have a right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods. If you cancel your order, you will receive a full refund including the standard delivery cost.
The maximum refund for delivery costs will be the cost of delivery by the least expensive delivery method we offer, which is standard shipping. This applies even if you chose a more expensive/quicker shipping option.
Any items that you wish to return must be received by Dancerine within a period of 14 calendar days of the received delivery date.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be unused and in the same condition.
- Be unworn/unwashed/with any tags intact and with no odours or makeup/stains.
- Be in the original packaging
- Have receipt or emailed proof of purchase.
- Discounted or sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
Please note we are not responsible for return postage. It is advisable that you return your item(s) using a tracked shipping method so that you can track the progress of your return as we cannot refund any items that are lost or damaged in transit. Responsibility for any item(s) returned remains with the customer until it is safely received by us.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days.
Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If you haven’t received your refund yet, first check your bank account again, then contact your credit card company or payment provider. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us.
Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us within 30 days if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item.
The product you receive may vary slightly from the photographs on the Dancerine Site for technical reasons. We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear on our site. We cannot guarantee that your computer monitor’s display of any colour will be accurate. These differences will not be considered grounds for a return.
Please follow the care labels to ensure that your garment stays in its best condition, as we will not refund or exchange items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear or failure to correctly follow care instructions.
If you would like to exchange your item, please be aware that we can only replace it for the same product in the same size and colour, subject to availability.
You will receive a full refund only if the item cannot be repaired or replaced
